While on my most recent North Carolina trip, the weather didn't do us any favors and everyday that I had a session there the sky was gloomy, dark, and there was no sun. So we had to to try do a little post processing work to make it not look as gloomy as it really was! Hope you enjoy the previews!

Torkelson Family Session #2 | Rachel Smith Photography, Statesboro + Savannah GA Photographer

The Torkelson family are not only clients, but are dear friends of mine who are very special to me. Last year we had an amazing session to update their family photos that they hadn't had done since they lost their sweet baby boy Grant so we incorporated him into that session in memory of him. This year, they got some more family photos done and we took a special photo to incorporate Grant into a photo with his daddy. Maya + Brandon, Prom 2015 | Rachel Smith Photography - Statesboro Ga & Savannah Ga Photographer

Maya + Brandon's parents wanted to get their prom photos done so we did just that on the beautiful Onslow Beach in North Carolina while I was there for my last visit. This beautiful beach reminded me why I love NC so much and miss living there tremendously. I am loving how these photos turned out! I hope you like them too!
